Prologic Head Office CIMS 9.2.10 Release Notes

Introduction

We are happy to share the release notes for the Prologic Head Office CIMS version 9.2.10.

Summary

This release introduces 7 new features and 12 bug fixes aimed at enhancing system performance and user experience.

New Features

• Feature ID: PROLOGICCID-1874: UI of form DE8X (Run EDI Data Transfer Programs) has been enhanced by splitting the list of options into two columns.
• Feature ID: PROLOGICCID-2508: The PoS transaction receipt process is enhanced to allow customers to receive their receipts via email.
• Feature ID: PROLOGICCID-2727: Fixed a blocking issue in WS7I (Delete In-Transit Receipts) where purchase orders could not be receipted under specific conditions.
• Feature ID: PROLOGICCID-2815: Improved performance of the web order input routine.
• Feature ID: PROLOGICCID-2838: Store to Store transfers will now properly display on reports by adding the SEND_DATE field to stock movement imports.
• Feature ID: PROLOGICCID-2869: Increased the EX_SOR_NUM column size in CDI_SOR tables to accommodate 9 digits.
• Feature ID: PROLOGICCID-2886: Enhanced the PoS transaction import to handle multi-buy promotions and promotional vouchers.

Bug Fixes

• Bug ID: PROLOGICCID-1876: Resolved an issue where creating an EDI link solely for an outbound program was blocked due to mandatory inbound program input.
• Bug ID: PROLOGICCID-2182: Fixed preview mode issues for Oracle reports launched through Java web start option.
• Bug ID: PROLOGICCID-2306: Improved performance related to creating/downloading picks to handheld scanners.
• Bug ID: PROLOGICCID-2339: Fixed a bug preventing queues from running correctly when the interval was set to 0.
• Bug ID: PROLOGICCID-2343: Fixed missing end tags in Sales Order XML files generated by CIMS.
• Bug ID: PROLOGICCID-2376: Addressed minor display alignment issues on Picking Lists.
• Bug ID: PROLOGICCID-2757: Fixed an issue where item lines of international orders were allocated multiple times.
• Bug ID: PROLOGICCID-2776: Resolved a UI issue where total fields in ideal & replenishment plans were cut off.
• Bug ID: PROLOGICCID-2791: Corrected stock calculations to accurately reflect warehouse stocks in transit.
• Bug ID: PROLOGICCID-2832: Enhanced the performance of the WS7M (Update Closing Stock Table).
• Bug ID: PROLOGICCID-2836: Improved the despatch location display for international orders when allocated to stores.
• Bug ID: PROLOGICCID-2896: Resolved an issue where BIP reports failed if user passwords contained special characters.

Known Issues

Some known issues remain in the system, including:

• Gift voucher redemption issues (PROLOGICCID-1730): Some vouchers are marked as redeemed erroneously.
• Channelized movements loss (PROLOGICCID-2438): Some movements are not counted in reporting.
• Java security blocks (PROLOGICCID-2769): Users may experience blocks due to an expired security certificate.
• Inconsistent out movement line changes (PROLOGICCID-2909): Lines are not updating weekly as expected.
